Why Should You Take Lyprinol Instead of the More Popular NSAIDs?
Patients who have suffered for years from debilitating conditions such as allergies, arthritis, bronchial tightness, and other inflammatory disorders have alsways turned to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for relief. However, the plethora of side effects associated with NSAIDs has made them search for safer alternatives, one of which is Lyprinol.
Lyprinol is a scientifically tested formulation of five main classes of lipids including sterols, free fatty acids, triglycerides, sterol esters, and polar lipids. In addition to these, it contains more than thirty various essential fatty acids (EFAs) – a blend of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and saturated fatty acids.
Extracted from the green-lipped mussel of New Zealand, it was found to be stable and effective for overall wellness. It has no known adverse reactions, unlike NSAIDs which have been linked to side effects such as nausea, headache, gastric ulcers, and diarrhea or constipation, among others.
Anti-inflammatory drugs which are currently being used principally work by inhibiting the cyclo-oxygenase pathway. In the light of the vital functions of inflammation assigned to the lipoxygenase pathway, there has been significant interest in the search for an effective 5-lipoxygenase pathway inhibitor in the past few years. Lyprinol has been established as a safe and effective 5-lipoxygenase pathway inhibitor.
A study made by Shiels and Whitehouse showed that Lyprinol exhibited anti-inflammatory actions different from those of a majority of NSAIDs. In an experiment for dysmenorrhea relief in that report, Lyprinol clearly demonstrated that even at large doses, it did not cause gastric irritations in contrast to several NSAIDs commonly used to treat dysmenorrhea.
In another study, this time conducted by Whitehouse, Roberts, and Brooks in Australia, Lyprinol was used to treat arthritis, along with a host of other remedies like herbal formulations and over-the-counter (OTC) NSAIDs.
They found that the three OTC NSAIDs tested – aspirin, ibuprofen, and the sodium salt of naproxen – were efficacious but gastrotoxic.
Even chronic asthma sufferers are relieved to know that they don’t have to depend on traditional asthma medications, some of which are steroid-based. In an experiment undertaken at the University of St. Petersburg in the U.K., there was a significant decrease in the amount of inflammatory cells found in the airways of perticipating asthmatics.
This study opened the doors for hundreds of asthma patients all over the world who constantly rely on harsh conventional treatments. Damian Bond, DB5 Healthcare U.K.’s Managing Director, states that although it generally takes a couple of weeks for Lyprinol to manifest its full efficacy, some users have reported positive changes in as quick as three days.
